The creation of "Jany" by Sora Dora was inspired by a desire to capture the comforting and nostalgic flavors of a classic French dessert, tarte Tatin. Perfumer Margaux Le Païh Guérin spent nearly a year developing a unique bakery accord that authentically captures this culinary delight. After discovering the perfect combination of notes, she created a fragrance that vividly mirrors the sensory experience of preparing and enjoying a tarte Tatin.

Olfactory Notes

The perfume begins with inviting aromas of baked apple, peach, and apricot, reminiscent of fruit caramelizing in an oven. This is followed by heart notes of pastry, osmanthus, and plum, which capture the buttery, flaky texture and subtle floral flavors of the crust. The base of caramel, almond, vanilla, and musk provides a warm and lingering finish that embodies the rich and sweet essence of the desert.
