Named after the beloved Mexican cocktail — and the painting that shares its spirit — Paloma is what summer feels like when everything is exactly right. Effortless, bright, and just sophisticated enough to keep you guessing.

The opening is pure joy. Grapefruit, lemon, green apple and bergamot arrive together in a sparkling, citrus-bright burst — clean and crisp like the first sip of something cold on a warm afternoon. Neroli floats through it all, adding a soft floral lift that keeps it from ever feeling sharp.

The heart is where Paloma surprises. Cucumber and lily of the valley bring a green, dewy freshness, while a quiet hint of rum introduces something warmer, more playful — like the cocktail itself shifting from fizz to depth. Sandalwood holds the composition together with quiet elegance.
