Order Processing and Delivery Time

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, please allow 3–5 business days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive, depending on your location and carrier timelines.

During busy periods (such as Christmas, holidays, or major sales events), delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Within Canada

All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post (or a comparable courier service chosen at our discretion).

We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for certain orders to ensure safe receipt of your purchase.
We also reserve the right to ship the package directly to the nearest pickup location (such as a courier access point or post office) if necessary for security or logistical reasons.
